Hizal Electroerosion, established in 1974 has been manufacturing electroerosion machines (EDM) ever since. The firm, considering the requirements of die making industry, has given due attention to research and development. As a result, a number of innovative systems were developed and applied to the machines which present a high performance as well as a flexible and reliable system. The Firm, combining experience and modern technology is producing machines with advanced functions , quality and reliability at the same time requiring a minimum of service and maintanence. Presently, Hizal Electroerosion is producing machines of 25 to 400 Amperes capacities as well as machines on special order. The production capacity is about 120 machines per year. The latest models of the production features the modern technologies such as modular integrated electronics, linear ball bearing guideways, recirculating ball bearing lead screws, quick and accurate electrode holder, multidirectional erosion ability (up, down, right, left or at an angle), safety systems, wide frequency range enabling operation with graphites and special materials, extra powerful high voltage high frequency microfinish generator and digital read out facility in all axes. Since 1974 , Hizal Electroerosion has installed about 2000 machines in industry, in Turkey and abroad.

In parallel to the EDM systems , Our firm as a result of continued research has developed A CNC program and control system and has been producing CNC machines since the year 2000 . The range of the CNC Machine production includes , milling machines , fast routers of various sizes , machines for wood , marble , sheet metal , foam machining and cutting , fast drilling , writing and product marking , jewellery work and special purpose machines.

Hizal Ltd.is also well equipped and experienced in High Voltage technology and equipment. Since 1985 the firm is producing test, control and measurement systems for; high voltage impulse generators , high current impulse generators , continuous high current sources , high voltage AC and DC test systems, dielectric material test equipment , partial discharge measuring systems .Also counselling and engineering services, laboratory design and establishment services are given .
